Recommended Paint Brushes

For those of you who were wondering what type of brushes to get, I suggest the ones on the left, or something like the set shown here.

You will also need a 000 round (liner) brush, something like the one shown here.

This is my favorite pallette knife.

Each painting student needs to have a good assortment of round and flat brushes in various sizes, including a fan brush and a 000 round (liner) brush. The brushes pictured here, or something similar would be great to start out with.

The tacklebox can be purchased at Walmart, Target, etc.Preferred brand of paint is Winton, Lukas or Grumbacher.

11X14 sketchbook of Bristol paper, a set of charcoal pencils, a set of charcoal sticks, an artgum eraser,a set of at least 24 chalk pastels, a can of hairspray, a set of at least 24 colored pencils, baby wipes, a drawing pen with nibs, a bottle of India Ink, a medium flat (bright) watercolor brush and a large Ziplock bag.
